My Services

Free Consultation

I offer a free 30-minute phone consultation to determine whether we would be a good fit to work together. Beyond that, my rates are entirely dependent on my client’s financial and lifestyle needs.

offerings

The skills I am able to offer include:

  • Leadership and in-depth situational analysis—I am an expert at defining and solving problems with a high number and wide variety of variables. Based on my analyses, I am able to formulate and execute plans efficiently, and explain them to the people who need to be mobilized in order for them to happen.

  • Networking—I have lived in seven states and three countries, and make a point of staying connected to as many people as possible. Where I don’t have the skills to solve a problem beyond a particular depth, I know someone who knows someone who does. I’ve found that I often only have two or three degrees of separation from people, no matter where in the world I meet them, and it’s become a fun game to play to figure out who we know in common.

  • Relational consulting—highly experienced in a wide range of topics including LGBTQ+ matters, monogamy, polyamory, conflict resolution, family conflict, neurodivergence, low- and high-incomes, shame, substance use, mental health solutions. (I am not a therapist and my services are not intended for those in critical condition. I would be happy to help you find a therapist that aligns with your values if we determine that you need assistance outside of the scope of my abilities and training.)

  • Professional writing—I have a BA from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs in Professional and Technical Writing (since renamed Technical Communication and Information Design), which included exposure to grant writing, marketing, and communications. I am experienced with resume building, cover letter writing, website building and other branding material design, and job searching and interviewing.

  • Personal writing—I provide detailed scaffolds for clients when writing is necessary in their personal lives, especially around the topic of setting appropriate boundaries with care and grace. From letting their mother know that she can no longer visit unannounced to asking for forgiveness from a friend, I can create a draft of that message for my clients to imbibe with their own spirit and use.

  • Childcare consulting; licensed assistant teacher by the state of Oregon and have had all prerequisite background checks, trainings (including CPR and First Aid) and over ten years of experience with children. I spent over a year as an assistant teacher in a Montessori school and received additional Montessori-specific trainings here, such as Positive Discipline in the Classroom.

  • Travel planning and moving—I have moved more than twenty times, and traveled to thirteen countries. From finding the best deals on tickets and accommodation to scheduling movers and cleaners, I am a confident and assertive planner.

  • Art—Abstract drawing is my primary medium. I have several years of experience painting, sculpting, and even have exposure to welding.

  • Music—I have been reading and studying music for seventeen years. I trained in classical violin for eight years, voice for six, and piano for four.

  • Computer organization and office administration—My attention to detail and instinct for organization allow me to improve workflow and accessibility in documents, photos, emails, and everything in between.
